Fabio Victoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F. C .GUS. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Zdeb in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Victoro saved Club Deportivo S from getting behind. Club Deportivo S's Inocencio Toro got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Zdeb in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Victoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Maxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Bernabe Natal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Severiano Sol put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emanuel Maxin. In the 29th minute, Karol Zdeb reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabio Victoro. The goal made the score 1-1. F. C .GUS's Emanuel Maxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Orland in the 32nd minute of play. Karol Zdeb let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 35th minute shot 2-1 at rihgt post. The crowd rose to their feet as F. C .GUS's Karol Zdeb slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabio Victoro. That made the score 3-1 after 39 minutes of play. 43 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo S's goalkeeper Fabio Victoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karol Zdeb. Fabio Victoro made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Karol Zdeb sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bernabe Natal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Fabio Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, F. C .GUS's Kaleva Etula seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kaleva Etula the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of F. C .GUS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kaleva Etula had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F. C .GUS! F. C .GUS:s Emanuel Maxin showed great skill when he stopped Benicio Firme:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Handi in the 66th minute of play forced Club Deportivo S's goalkeeper Fabio Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Zdeb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Victoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After 76 minutes, Arturo Allemandi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F. C .GUS and the Club Deportivo S players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes F. C .GUS got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Allemandi. Severiano Sol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Emanuel Maxin made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Zdeb in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Eugenio Handi scored 5-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Victoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Urritz in the 84th minute of play forced Club Deportivo S's goalkeeper Fabio Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Zdeb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fabio Fanuco fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F. C .GUS's protests and gave Fabio Fanuco a yellow card for diving instead. Fabio Fanuco kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. F. C .GUS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
