In the 26th minute of the match Delmiro Atauri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felipe Gomesano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Felipe Gomesano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Naike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Bihar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arnoldo Santio took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Lauaxeta. Niceto Lauaxeta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 56 minutes into the match, Honorio Bihar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Tortugas AFC's Niceto Lauaxeta. Niceto Lauaxeta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Naike in the 64th minute of play forced Mamina FC's goalkeeper Felipe Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Honorio Bihar made a precise shot to the right of Niceto Lauaxeta. Tortugas AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. A collision led to Mamina FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Arnoldo Santio hit a great ball. When Gogo Cordairo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tortugas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Cordairo couldn't finish the play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Lopez hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mamina FC's Felipe Gomesano got control of the ball when Baltasar Naike tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tortugas AFC's zone, Arnoldo Santio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Lauaxeta came out of the goal and Arnoldo Santio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88thth minute of the game Honorio Bihar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tortugas AFC's Niceto Lauaxeta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 91 played minutes Mamina FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Bihar. In the 96th minute, Tortugas AFC's Baltasar Naike dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Mamina FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
