In the 2nd match minute, Sparco F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahri Çağa to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sparco F.C's goalkeeper Osman Nuri Sezai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvio Matro's late challenge caught a LARRY FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvio Matro helped the player get up and apologised. Sparco F.C's Osman Nuri Sezai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Sparco F.C from getting a goal against them. When Codruț Stoian came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the LARRY FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Codruț Stoian couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Javier Ilazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osman Nuri Sezai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Salvadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as LARRY FC's Codruț Stoian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Osman Nuri Sezai. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Lemus in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Nofre saved LARRY FC from getting behind. Osman Nuri Sezai was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Codruț Stoian capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Codruț Stoian really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Bahri Çağa charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bahri Çağa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Codruț Stoian got free with Osman Nuri Sezai in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Salvadore in the 36th minute of play forced LARRY FC's goalkeeper Patricio Nofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, LARRY FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Lehen to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Codruț Stoian made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gavino Odilon during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LARRY FC booed when Sparco F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Odilon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sparco F.C's Osman Nuri Sezai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Ilazki in the 61st minute of play. Osman Nuri Sezai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Ilazki, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute LARRY FC were awarded a corner. Alejo Merexildo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Alejo Merexildo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sparco F.C's Osman Nuri Sezai did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Stoian in the 67th minute of play forced Sparco F.C's goalkeeper Osman Nuri Sezai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in LARRY FC's zone, Leopoldo Salvadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Nofre came out of the goal and Leopoldo Salvadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute Javier Ilazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osman Nuri Sezai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Raimundo Lehen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osman Nuri Sezai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Lucila in the 79th minute of the match. If Javier Ilazki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Sparco F.C getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Silvestre Otsoa hit a great ball. Osman Nuri Sezai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Stoian in the 87th minute of the match. Osman Nuri Sezai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Ilazki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sparco F.C's Osman Nuri Sezai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codruț Stoian in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Javier Ilazki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LARRY FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Ilazki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LARRY FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
