Artemio Lekubegi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. inter's Artemio Lekubegi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Brion in the 8th minute of play. Edgard Lorencio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artemio Lekubegi came out and tried to block the shot, but Edgard Lorencio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Artemio Lekubegi came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Grupo Informatico's Edgard Lorencio. But to his dismay, Edgard Lorencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Edgard Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grupo Informatico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Lorencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Grupo Informatico's Evaristo Brion slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artemio Lekubegi. That made the score 3-0 after 27 minutes of play. Edgard Lorencio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Artemio Lekubegi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Ciriaco Bernard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Grupo Informatico booed when inter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Ixona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgard Lorencio let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 39th minute shot 4-0 at rihgt post. Artemio Lekubegi made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Edgard Lorencio sent off a good shot on target. Edgard Lorencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Artemio Lekubegi made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Luisito Barto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evaristo Brion made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Bernard in the 54th minute of play forced Grupo Informatico's goalkeeper Lisandro Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Edgard Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to inter getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ciriaco Aztore hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Evaristo Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grupo Informatico's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Brion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Barrionuevo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Grupo Informatico made a substitution. Raul Teofilio replaced Evaristo Brion. In the 68th match minute, Grupo Informatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Barrionuevo to maneuver through the defense. In the 77thth minute of the game Edgard Lorencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but inter's Artemio Lekubegi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Esteve Telmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Pedro Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leandro Quintun might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Lekubegi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Quintun ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute Raul Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, inter's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Teofilio came free, but Artemio Lekubegi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artemio Lekubegi came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Grupo Informatico's Edgard Lorencio. But to his dismay, Edgard Lorencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grupo Informatico had played much better football throughout.
