Lisandro Amato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 55th minute, Fidel Bide got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Grupo Informatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Baumar to maneuver through the defense. Grupo Informatico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Teofilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardino Min fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Ihintza having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Bernardino Min notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Grupo Informatico's Lisandro Ihintza. Lisandro Ihintza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Grupo Informatico's Lisandro Ihintza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Gomez in the 87th minute of play. When Columbus Crew's Lorenzo Gomez in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Grupo Informatico's protests and gave Leandro Quintun a yellow card for diving instead. Columbus Crew's Sebastian Gregory was substituted for Federico Nevada. Leandro Quintun kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Grupo Informatico's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Gomez came free, but Lisandro Ihintza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Grupo Informatico players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
