Prudencio Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Aimar in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Eriberto Romelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Deuce Athletic Club's Elias Selatse got a free kick in the 9th minute. Leopoldo Ospin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Orzaize, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Federico Aimar notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Onagoity's Prudencio Gitano. Prudencio Gitano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Prudencio Gitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Leonardo Chico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Prudencio Gitano came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonardo Chico slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Leonardo Chico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Prudencio Gitano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Valentin Theodore hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Damaso Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onagoity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Abreu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Deuce Athletic Club's Federico Aimar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Prudencio Gitano. That made the score 7-0 after 37 minutes of play. 41 minutes into the game, Deuce Athletic Club's Leonardo Chico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prudencio Gitano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. A hard shot 45 in the game by Leonardo Chico from a close distance when the talented Prudencio Gitano managed to make a qualified save. Onagoity's players were relieved. Leonardo Chico got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 9-0 in the right cross in the 47th match minute before Prudencio Gitano had time to react. Af the end of the first half the score was 9-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
In the 52nd minute Leonardo Chico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Gitano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Aimar in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prudencio Gitano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Onagoity defense, Federico Aimar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Gitano. The Onagoity fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Gitano should have stopped the shot. The Deuce Athletic Club fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Deuce Athletic Club's Federico Aimar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the match, Slawomir Derlanga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Gitano. Onagoity's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Slawomir Derlanga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. After a defensive mix-up in Onagoity's zone, Elias Selatse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Gitano came out of the goal and Elias Selatse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the game, Federico Aimar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 15-0. Prudencio Gitano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Mikolas struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Prudencio Gitano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deuce Athletic Club. Leonardo Chico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87thth minute of the game Federico Aimar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onagoity's Prudencio Gitano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Slawomir Derlanga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deuce Athletic Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 16-0. Prudencio Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Aimar in the 93rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Aimar in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prudencio Gitano saved Onagoity from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Leonardo Chico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Gitano. Onagoity's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Chico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 17-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deuce Athletic Club fully deserved thier win.
