In the 30th minute, Arsenio Txerran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Txerran in the 32nd minute of play forced Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18's goalkeeper Fabio Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Aguilar AFC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Llorienzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Jacindo. Tadeo Quin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arsenio Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Txerran to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Luciano Peli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aguilar AFC the free kick. The supporters of Aguilar AFC booed when Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Peli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 minutes of play, Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18's Leandro Eufemio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnaldo Llorienzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In a very dangerous position, a player in Aguilar AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Jacindo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18's zone, Haroldo Sendoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Casado came out of the goal and Haroldo Sendoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Sendoa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 83 minutes, Haroldo Sendoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguilar AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Sendoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Florencio Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Llorienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Jacindo in the 94th minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Pelusa del Kiwi 09.12.18 were victorious despite being under pressure from Aguilar AFC for much of the match.
