In the 18th minute, Colón FC's Prudencio Jacob seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Prudencio Jacob the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colón FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Prudencio Jacob had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 18th minute, one of Colón FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colón FC. The referee gave Fiere FC a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Giovanni Motta, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Colón FC's Americo Cilio. 1-1. The referee gave Severiano Tauro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fiere FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Colón FC a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Florencio Franco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fiere FC's Elvio Christobal. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Batuhan Tapgaç kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Americo Cilio. That made the score 2-4 in the 88 minute of play. Hilario Tono kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Florencio Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Franco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvio Christobal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Toribio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After 97 played minutes Fiere FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Eron. Fiere FC played a much better game than Colón FC and deserved their victory. The Colón FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
