Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Donato Cebrian started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute, Tornquist FC's Ciro Calisto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jaime Ramond. Jaime Ramond yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 8th minute, Tornquist FC's Blas Pacorro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 12 minutes into the game, Marcelo Cordeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salto AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tornquist FC the free kick. Tornquist FC made a substitution. Emiliano Telmo replaced Everardo Peter. In the 14th minute, Marcelo Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Benjamin Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute Donato Cebrian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Olando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Salto AFC's Camilo Nuñez got a free kick in the 25th minute. Jaime Ramond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Pacorro in the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Donato Cebrian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salto AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Cebrian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Olando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaime Ramond made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Geronimo Telmo sent off a good shot on target. Benjamin Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Victorio Abechuco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Olando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Salto AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Donato Cebrian hit a great ball. Geronimo Telmo scored 4-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Ramond, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Tornquist FC defense, Donato Cebrian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgardo Olando. The Tornquist FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgardo Olando should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blas Pacorro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Donato Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Edgardo Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorio Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Olando having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Victorio Abechuco could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Edgardo Olando however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Cordeiro got free with Edgardo Olando in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Ramond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Telmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Ondřej Macháček fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salto AFC's protests and gave Ondřej Macháček a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Salto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ondřej Macháček. Blas Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jaime Ramond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marcelo Cordeiro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. In the 72nd match minute, Salto AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Ramond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blas Pacorro's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Victorio Abechuco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Edgardo Olando made a huge save. Donato Cebrian struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Edgardo Olando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salto AFC. In the 82nd minute, Ondřej Macháček sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tornquist FC's Edgardo Olando didn't even have to move. If Geronimo Telmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Victorio Abechuco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tornquist FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Salto AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
