After a rather tough play, Colón FC's Teo Barrionuevo got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 11th play minute Eliseo Urbasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Americo Cilio. 2-0. Americo Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Dolfos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Eliseo Urbasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Americo Cilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the match, Eliseo Urbasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Americo Cilio. Colón FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Urbasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 24th match minute, Viña AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Licerio to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Colón FC's Gaspar Hodei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Fagildo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Prudencio Jacob's late challenge caught a Viña AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudencio Jacob helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Viña AFC booed when Colón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Jacob didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Reynaldo Licerio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Colón FC's Americo Cilio didn't even have to move. The supporters of Colón FC booed when Viña AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Errando didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Viña AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Hodei came free, but Felipe Fagildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Viña AFC's Rosendo Dolfos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Cilio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Colón FC's Americo Cilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Colón FC from getting a goal against them. Eliseo Urbasa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Americo Cilio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Felipe Fagildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Hodei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Colón FC defense, Rosendo Dolfos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Cilio. The Colón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Cilio should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Viña AFC's Rosendo Dolfos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Americo Cilio. That made the score 7-0 after 48 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseo Urbasa was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Colón FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Henry. Rosendo Dolfos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Cilio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Lope in the 56th minute of play forced Colón FC's goalkeeper Americo Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viña AFC's Felipe Fagildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Hodei in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Colón FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Toribio. Rosendo Dolfos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Cilio having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacq Van Haerschot in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Cilio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Americo Cilio didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Viña AFC's Eliseo Urbasa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 69th minute, Jacq Van Haerschot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacq Van Haerschot in the 71st minute of play forced Colón FC's goalkeeper Americo Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Dolfos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 75 minutes of play, Viña AFC's Jeremias Lope made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Americo Cilio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Colón FC's zone, Rosendo Dolfos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Cilio came out of the goal and Rosendo Dolfos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Felipe Fagildo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Americo Cilio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacq Van Haerschot went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Viña AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
