The PLAZA ITALIA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Niceto Abeita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro Enmanuel charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejandro Enmanuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Jeika getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Alejandro Enmanuel hit a great ball. When PLAZA ITALIA F.C's Niceto Abeita, in the 26th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for PLAZA ITALIA F.C. 30 minutes into the game, PLAZA ITALIA F.C's Harri Kane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Cordarell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of Jeika booed when PLAZA ITALIA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harri Kane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harri Kane took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Cordarell. Mauro Cordarell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Abeita in the 44th minute of play forced Jeika's goalkeeper Mauro Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ciro Berriotxoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. PLAZA ITALIA F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Berriotxoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Cordarell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Godfredo Bixintxo made the kick off in the second half. If Erubiel Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Cordarell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Berriotxoa in the 56th minute. PLAZA ITALIA F.C's Harri Kane got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciro Berriotxoa took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Cordarell. Mauro Cordarell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Niceto Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mauro Cordarell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciro Berriotxoa came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mauro Cordarell could save by the left post. Mauro Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Abeita, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Mauro Cordarell came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by PLAZA ITALIA F.C's Ciro Berriotxoa. But to his dismay, Ciro Berriotxoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 79th minute, Alejandro Enmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jeika's goalkeeper Mauro Cordarell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niceto Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mauro Cordarell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The long shot by Nicanor Laurin in the 88th minute really tested Mauro Cordarell's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Ciro Berriotxoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PLAZA ITALIA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Berriotxoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Niceto Abeita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Victoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Bixintxo in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jeika's goalkeeper Mauro Cordarell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched PLAZA ITALIA F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
