The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Ochentosos F.C's Paolo Innocenzio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Genaro Sidro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eleuterio Guerau took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermegildo Etxatxu. Ermegildo Etxatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Prospero Enaut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Innocenzio in the 22nd minute of play forced Rondeau's goalkeeper Genaro Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Aureliano Menendo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondeau's protests and gave Aureliano Menendo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rondeau getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Aureliano Menendo hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Paolo Innocenzio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rondeau's Genaro Sidro. Genaro Sidro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the game, Anastasio Etxatxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Genaro Sidro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleuterio Guerau got free with Ermegildo Etxatxu in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Rondeau's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Innocenzio came free, but Genaro Sidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rondeau's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelo Eguen was slow to take the kick. During this time Ochentosos F.C's players had a chance to rest. Genaro Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Innocenzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 45th minute, Rondeau's Benjamin Arixo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benjamin Arixo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rondeau protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benjamin Arixo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 45th minute, Benjamin Arixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Andres Cuartio hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ochentosos F.C booed when Rondeau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Raulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasio Etxatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Ochentosos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Enaut came free, but Ermegildo Etxatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Prospero Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Etxatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prospero Enaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Etxatxu having to interfere. Genaro Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Innocenzio in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Ochentosos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Otsando to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ochentosos F.C getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Severo Otsando hit a great ball. Paolo Innocenzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Genaro Sidro made a huge save. After 72 played minutes, Rondeau's Danilo Arlo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermegildo Etxatxu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rondeau reached it. Genaro Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Innocenzio in the 76th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Rondeau got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Arlo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Primeiro in the 82nd minute of play forced Ochentosos F.C's goalkeeper Ermegildo Etxatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Sidro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Eguen in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ramiro Montel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ochentosos F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rondeau the free kick. After 92 played minutes Ochentosos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Montel. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
