In the 9th minute, Augusto Indar made a precise shot to the right of Basilio Iigo. TRINQUETA 1997 FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Basilio Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save TRINQUETA 1997 FC from getting a goal against them. TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Basilio Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aris Magos in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Aris Magos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Iigo. TRINQUETA 1997 FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aris Magos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Aris Magos came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Basilio Iigo could save by the left post. In the 21st minute, Rinconada AFC's Aris Magos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 26th minute Baldomero Micael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Augusto Indar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basilio Iigo, 5-0. A collision led to Rinconada AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Erubiel Lopez hit a great ball. Simon Semeno came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Faustino Porfiro. But to his dismay, Faustino Porfiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. If Erubiel Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Rutenio kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

Aris Magos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basilio Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aris Magos in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Artizar in the 57th minute of play forced TRINQUETA 1997 FC's goalkeeper Basilio Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the TRINQUETA 1997 FC defense, Aris Magos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Iigo. The TRINQUETA 1997 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Iigo should have stopped the shot. Doru Tatulici struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Basilio Iigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinconada AFC. Basilio Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aris Magos, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute Rinconada AFC were awarded a corner. Doru Tatulici went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 75th minute Aris Magos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Iigo having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Aris Magos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Iigo. In the 88th match minute, TRINQUETA 1997 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Iliana to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the game, Rinconada AFC's Aris Magos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Iigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. In the 93rd minute, Jeronimo Basajaun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Aris Magos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Iigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. Rinconada AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
