TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Basilio Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Almada in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to TRINQUETA 1997 FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jeronimo Basajaun hit a great ball. After 7 played minutes Messiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Santamaria. A sloppy throw-in by Bernardino Enetz in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Messiano FC's Andres Pio. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Guifre in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Iigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Messiano FC's Carlos Almada in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TRINQUETA 1997 FC's goalie prevented a goal. Basilio Iigo made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Carlos Santamaria sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of TRINQUETA 1997 FC booed when Messiano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Santamaria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Hugo Iliana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st play minute Gonzalo Guifre came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Basilio Iigo. 3-0. After a rather tough play, TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Cristo Gomez got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Americo Salvatore fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRINQUETA 1997 FC's protests and gave Americo Salvatore a yellow card for diving instead. Basilio Iigo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Messiano FC's Gonzalo Guifre shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When Gonzalo Guifre in the 47th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Basilio Iigo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 5-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Gonzalo Guifre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basilio Iigo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Cyryl Pinczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Iigo having to interfere. Faustino Porfiro hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Basilio Iigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyryl Pinczewski's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Desiderio Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Micael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 played minutes TRINQUETA 1997 FC got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Porfiro. A collision led to TRINQUETA 1997 FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Saverio Nastasio hit a great ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Domingos Mel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Messiano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Mel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 89 minutes of play, Messiano FC's Carlos Santamaria made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Iigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Messiano FC made a substitution. Isaias Lopez replaced Carlos Almada. In the 96th minute Gonzalo Guifre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristo Gomez kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. If Gonzalo Guifre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
