Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Anjullan AFC's Silverio Matthew started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abelardo Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Antonio Etxahun scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson de Alcântara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilson de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Etxahun, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Costante in the 13th minute of play forced Bajada AFC's goalkeeper Wilson de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson de Alcântara came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Anjullan AFC's Silverio Matthew. But to his dismay, Silverio Matthew quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 22nd minute, Siro Castulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Cyprian Majdoch recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Gilesindo. Cyprian Majdoch showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. When Fausto Costante came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Anjullan AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Costante couldn't finish the play. Bajada AFC were furious when Silvio Franco was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Bajada AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anjullan AFC:s goal. Wilson de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Etxahun in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Bajada AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Etxahun came free, but Wilson de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Costante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bajada AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angel Quintan was slow to take the kick. During this time Anjullan AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Anjullan AFC's Angel Quintan to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilson de Alcântara despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcell Véber was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Leo Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjullan AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson de Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bajada AFC's Wilson de Alcântara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Bajada AFC from getting a goal against them. Antonio Etxahun hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bajada AFC booed when Anjullan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Paul in the 64th minute of the match. Adrian Gilesindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Costante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Wilson de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anjullan AFC's Omar Bitxintxo was substituted for Narciso Fix. Anjullan AFC's Amancio Benat was substituted for Silverio Matthew. Anjullan AFC's Valentin Boni was substituted for Fausto Costante. Wilson de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Etxahun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Valentin Boni notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Bajada AFC's Wilson de Alcântara. Wilson de Alcântara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilson de Alcântara came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Anjullan AFC's Antonio Etxahun. But to his dismay, Antonio Etxahun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Adrian Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Jerrald in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Amancio Benat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anjullan AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Benat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute, German Jerrald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bajada AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-7.
