Anjullan AFC's Adrian Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aris Magos in the 8th minute of play. Simon Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Etxahun in the 11th minute of the match. Simon Semeno was a little too slow when Fausto Costante got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. 1-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Aris Magos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Silverio Matthew dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Simon Semeno, 2-1. Simon Semeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Matthew in the 22nd minute of play. Rinconada AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Antonio Etxahun 25 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Leo Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Simon Semeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Gilesindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aris Magos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Rinconada AFC's Simon Semeno got control of the ball when Fausto Costante tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Aris Magos made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Fausto Costante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Semeno was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 56 minutes into the match, Fausto Costante had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Semeno. Rinconada AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fausto Costante was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. The supporters of Rinconada AFC booed when Anjullan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Doru Tatulici had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Gilesindo. Anjullan AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doru Tatulici was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. Leo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Semeno having to interfere. Adrian Gilesindo came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Rinconada AFC's Doru Tatulici. But to his dismay, Doru Tatulici quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3. Fausto Costante scored 7-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Semeno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto Costante might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Semeno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Costante ran back to his position shaking his head. The attack was good, but when Silverio Matthew in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Anjullan AFC made a substitution. Jose Artizar replaced Fausto Costante. Anjullan AFC made a substitution. Narciso Fix replaced Rafael Nisio. In the 80th minute, Antonio Etxahun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simon Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Benat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Paublo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 85th minute, Anjullan AFC's Andres Goiz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andres Goiz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Anjullan AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andres Goiz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Adrian Gilesindo had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Doru Tatulici's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Aris Magos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Amancio Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aris Magos in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rinconada AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Anjullan AFC.
