Paulo Osoitz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conrado Cordero. FC Ochobits 88's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Denis Loranca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Catarinense went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Denis Loranca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Quico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mate y Asado FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Ochobits 88 were winning 2-3.

FC Ochobits 88's Conrado Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Clodio in the 85th minute of play. Mate y Asado FC's Denis Loranca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Mate y Asado FC from getting a goal against them.
