Luciano Guifre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell-Arne Falkrans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Cuervo's Kjell-Arne Falkrans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Xacintu in the 65th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Enrique Xacintu made a precise shot to the right of Kjell-Arne Falkrans. Cuervo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Urre during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cosme Pudes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Agustin Alvarez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 92 minutes, Victor Blai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phillipo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Blai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
