Kjell-Arne Falkrans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severiano Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kjell-Arne Falkrans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cosme Pudes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Augustin Spiru made a huge save. 42 minutes into the game, Ulvi Besim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Kjell-Arne Falkrans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Severiano Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ulvi Besim might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kjell-Arne Falkrans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulvi Besim ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulvi Besim made a kick off. Augustin Spiru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Pudes in the 51st minute of the match. A collision led to Cuervo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Benjamin Umbruso hit a great ball. Cosme Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Spiru having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cuervo's Cosme Pudes got a free kick in the 58th minute. Ulvi Besim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell-Arne Falkrans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Severiano Mendebal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augustin Spiru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Pudes in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Cuervo got a corner. Uranga's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gwidon Fikus ran over to the corner to take the kick. Freddy Claris hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Uranga's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
