Phillipo FC's Agustin Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Tirso in the 23rd minute of play. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julio Abascal to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Luciano Guifre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phillipo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Luciano Guifre hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Leonides Gaueko's late challenge caught a Koštabona Fair Play's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Julio Abascal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koštabona Fair Play's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Abascal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Alvarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonides Gaueko got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Leonides Gaueko kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Koštabona Fair Play's Ermegildo Tirso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustin Alvarez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Abascal in the 77th minute of play forced Phillipo FC's goalkeeper Agustin Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Phillipo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ermegildo Tirso was slow to take the kick. During this time Koštabona Fair Play's players had a chance to rest. Salvador Obano tried in the 78th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Agustin Alvarez a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Erasmo Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Agustin Alvarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Luciano Guifre charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Guifre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Koštabona Fair Play booed when Phillipo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Guifre didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Phillipo FC's Agustin Alvarez got control of the ball when Ermegildo Tirso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 90 minutes Phillipo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ermegildo Tirso who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ermegildo Tirso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Agustin Alvarez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Agustin Alvarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. A collision led to Koštabona Fair Play getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ermegildo Tirso hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Phillipo FC's Enrique Xacintu got a free kick in the 95th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
