The audience was convinced that Francisco Jerrald's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severo Herensuge was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. 23 minutes into the game, Clemente Cordeara threw the ball into play from the sideline. Troncos for ever FC's Godfredo Santxol quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Castex's Severo Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Pirro in the 24th minute of play. Severo Herensuge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Jerrald went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Melchor Pirro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Troncos for ever FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Severo Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Jerrald in the 35th minute of play. If Alonzo Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. In the 46th minute Filipe Beradze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Jerrald got free with Severo Herensuge in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Castex's goalkeeper Severo Herensuge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Jerrald. Castex's Severo Herensuge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Castex from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Troncos for ever FC's Francisco Jerrald got a free kick in the 91st minute. After some careless play in the Castex defense, Francisco Jerrald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severo Herensuge. The Castex fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severo Herensuge should have stopped the shot. Troncos for ever FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
