Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) In the 6th minute Baldomero Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Santikurtz in the 7th minute of play forced Papagallos's goalkeeper Claudio Bravo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Afonso in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Papagallos's Alejo Pueblo got a free kick in the 12th minute. Inge Hult was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes Papagallos got a freekick which was hit by Inge Hult. Claudio Bravo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Behe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Osorio's late challenge caught a Brave Bird's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Osorio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Brave Bird booed when Papagallos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mateo Santikurtz came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Brave Bird fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Santikurtz couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Brave Bird's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Afonso came free, but Rolando Fernado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Brave Bird's goalkeeper Rolando Fernado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nunez Fiz. The crowd rose to their feet as Papagallos's Baldomero Afonso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Fernado. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. Rolando Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Afonso in the 28th minute of play. Brave Bird's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Baldomero Afonso scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Fernado, making the score, 2-0. In the 38th minute, Baldomero Afonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papagallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With a little luck, Brave Bird's Rolando Fernado got control of the ball when Nunez Fiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomero Afonso in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Fernado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute, Jimeno Abadia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jimeno Abadia to make the kick off. Mateo Santikurtz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Bravo having to make a save. Alejo Pueblo's late challenge caught a Brave Bird's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejo Pueblo helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 minutes of play, Papagallos's Baldomero Afonso made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Fernado was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Erasmo Osorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papagallos's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Osorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Fernado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Medero made in the 69th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Erasmo Osorio immediately put the ball in play. After some careless play in the Brave Bird defense, Baldomero Afonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Fernado. The Brave Bird fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Fernado should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Baldomero Afonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Afonso in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Fernado saved Brave Bird from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Afonso in the 77th minute of play forced Brave Bird's goalkeeper Rolando Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Erasmo Osorio made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Fernado. Brave Bird's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Brave Bird's Rolando Fernado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Osorio in the 82nd minute of play. When Braulio Castulo fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Papagallos's protests and gave Braulio Castulo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Papagallos getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Braulio Castulo hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Baldomero Afonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papagallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Rolando Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Osorio in the 90th minute of the match. Brave Bird's Rolando Fernado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Medero in the 92nd minute of play. If Baldomero Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Papagallos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
