In the 11th minute Gaudencio Hustaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Guilabertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Delmiro Javiero fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Villa Bosch's protests and gave Delmiro Javiero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Delmiro Javiero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hernan Guilabertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Hustaz in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, ᴋʜᴀʟᴇᴇꜱɪ ꜰ.ᴄ's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Dominguez came free, but Cipriano Paulin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Kepa got free with Cipriano Paulin in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cipriano Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Dominguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ᴋʜᴀʟᴇᴇꜱɪ ꜰ.ᴄ getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Isaias Lizar hit a great ball. Ricardo Eleder's late challenge caught a ᴋʜᴀʟᴇᴇꜱɪ ꜰ.ᴄ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Eleder helped the player get up and apologised. Marcos Gonza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Kepa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Dominguez in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Gonza to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match, Gaudencio Hustaz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hernan Guilabertus was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gaudencio Hustaz took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Guilabertus. Hernan Guilabertus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 60 minutes into the match, Deportivo Villa Bosch's goalkeeper Hernan Guilabertus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Telo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Dominguez in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cipriano Paulin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd match minute, ᴋʜᴀʟᴇᴇꜱɪ ꜰ.ᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Telo to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo Villa Bosch's Hernan Guilabertus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Villa Bosch from getting a goal against them. Deportivo Villa Bosch's Hernan Guilabertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Telo in the 67th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Erasmo Dominguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Romeo Kepa came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Deportivo Villa Bosch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Kepa couldn't finish the play. Erasmo Dominguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Cipriano Paulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Kepa struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Cipriano Paulin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Villa Bosch.
