Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baldomero Afonso started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Baldomero Afonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papagallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Bermejo booed when Papagallos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Martxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Bermejo's Marcelo Chorche broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bermejo's Aaron Lapurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Afonso in the 10th minute of play. Aaron Lapurdi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomero Afonso went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Papagallos's Inge Hult got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Marcelo Chorche shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudio Bravo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Papagallos's Erasmo Osorio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aaron Lapurdi. Aaron Lapurdi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 4-0 became the score in the 18th minute when Braulio Castulo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Aaron Lapurdi was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Baldomero Afonso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Baldomero Afonso really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. 33 minutes into the match, Bermejo's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Castulo came free, but Aaron Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Papagallos's Inge Hult nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Lapurdi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Aaron Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Afonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Bermejo's goalkeeper Aaron Lapurdi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Osorio. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Demesio to make the kick off. Aaron Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Osorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Osorio succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. 60 minutes into the match, Baldomero Afonso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Lapurdi. Bermejo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomero Afonso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Aaron Lapurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Afonso in the 64th minute of play. Braulio Castulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Chorche struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Claudio Bravo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bermejo. 69 minutes into the match, Bermejo's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Osorio came free, but Aaron Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Erasmo Osorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Lapurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Afonso scored 9-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Lapurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 76 minutes of play, Papagallos's Erasmo Osorio made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Lapurdi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baldomero Afonso scored 11-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Lapurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcelo Chorche took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Bravo. Claudio Bravo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-1. In the 88th minute Nunez Fiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Lapurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Osorio in the 90th minute of play forced Bermejo's goalkeeper Aaron Lapurdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
