Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Aleksandr Shabrov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Shortcock F.C.'s Ladislao Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chan Bom in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Joaquin Bernard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Shortcock F.C. defense, Saverio Eliu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ladislao Savier. The Shortcock F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ladislao Savier should have stopped the shot. Ladislao Savier came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Chan Bom. But to his dismay, Chan Bom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Federico Ekhi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abelardo Alonso. That made the score 1-2 in the 15 minute of play. Oscar Quintana came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abelardo Alonso could save by the left post. Chan Bom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardo Lano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, one of Shortcock F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Chan Bom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Saverio Eliu put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ladislao Savier. Ladislao Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chan Bom in the 27th minute of play. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Victorino Veronica sped through Shortcock F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ladislao Savier. Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Niceto Quentin got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niceto Quentin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Ladislao Savier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Rosamonte. In the 42nd minute Chan Bom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-6 became the score in the 43rd minute when Saverio Eliu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bruno Díaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Savier having to interfere.

When Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Fidel Bordat, in the 52nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Rosamonte. Ladislao Savier made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Chan Bom sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Niceto Quentin put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Ladislao Savier. 60 minutes into the match, Shortcock F.C.'s goalkeeper Ladislao Savier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chan Bom. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Ekhi during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Shortcock F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Ekhi to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Quentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Fidel Bordat fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Deportivo Rosamonte's protests and gave Fidel Bordat a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Jairo Playo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Saverio Eliu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo Rosamonte fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. In the 93rd minute, Jairo Playo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Shortcock F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Deportivo Rosamonte were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
