An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Garin in the 52nd minute of play forced Shortcock F.C.'s goalkeeper Ladislao Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Shortcock F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Garin came free, but Ladislao Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, Poli Dream Team's Arnaldo Garin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Savier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omar Larra was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a defensive mix-up in Shortcock F.C.'s zone, Arnaldo Garin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Savier came out of the goal and Arnaldo Garin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Quintana got free with Matias Matia in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Poli Dream Team's Arnaldo Garin in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ladislao Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Roldanillo in the 84th minute of the match. If Arnaldo Garin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Bernard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Matia made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Oscar Quintana sent off a good shot on target. 94 minutes in the game, Oscar Quintana fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Matias Matia having to interfere. Shortcock F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
