Saturnino Tonio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Universidad Emilhense's Ismael Medero got control of the ball when Aurelio Baraquiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Goizeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Vizcarra in the 32nd minute of play. Davadia Fc's Abel Goizeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksandr Chernavin in the 38th minute of play. Abel Goizeder came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Universidad Emilhense's Aleksandr Chernavin. But to his dismay, Aleksandr Chernavin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Universidad Emilhense were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

55 minutes into the match, Davadia Fc's goalkeeper Abel Goizeder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Vizcarra. After 66 played minutes, Davadia Fc's Teobaldo Pitin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael Medero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Davadia Fc reached it. After 76 minutes, Ricardo Ebardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Universidad Emilhense and the Davadia Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, Universidad Emilhense's Aleksandr Chernavin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abel Goizeder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After 85 minutes, Aurelio Baraquiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Davadia Fc and the Universidad Emilhense players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aurelio Baraquiel kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Aleksandr Chernavin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
