After taking down the ball on Juventud Unida S L's corner Marcelito Putilin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Paulo Niva quite easily take care of the ball. Paulo Niva was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Marcelito Putilin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelito Putilin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Eliseo Frederico hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Paulo Niva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelito Putilin went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Marcelito Putilin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Niva having to make a save. Paulo Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelito Putilin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelito Putilin scored 3-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Niva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atlético Vinland's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Marcelito Putilin scored to the left of an out of position Paulo Niva, making the score, 4-0. Paulo Niva made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Marcelito Putilin sent off a good shot on target. Marcelito Putilin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paulo Niva came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcelito Putilin slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 36th minute. In the 40th match minute, Atlético Vinland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Firmin to maneuver through the defense. If Marcelito Putilin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelito Putilin got free with Paulo Niva in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelito Putilin was the one to do the kick off.
