Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Silvestre Cidro got the match started through his kick off. Ciro Txanton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Baldovino's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Arturo Baldovino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciro Txanton having to make a save. When Marcelo Moise fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MERLINFC's protests and gave Marcelo Moise a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Marcelo Moise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Georg Krooni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Georg Krooni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When Justino Lesardo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Triperos's protests and gave Justino Lesardo a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Los Triperos got a freekick which was hit by Justino Lesardo. Los Triperos's Georg Krooni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Cidro in the 29th minute of play. Ciro Txanton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Igon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Silvestre Cidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Krooni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Leonides Igon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Txanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Txanton came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Triperos's Arturo Baldovino. But to his dismay, Arturo Baldovino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 44thth minute of the game Arturo Baldovino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MERLINFC's Ciro Txanton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute Hector Tanio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Txanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Justino Lesardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Txanton was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Baldovino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jaime Henrico was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of MERLINFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Triperos:s goal. Lino Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When Los Triperos's Arturo Baldovino in 62 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ciro Txanton guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Arturo Baldovino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute Leonides Igon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Txanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Baldovino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Ciro Txanton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonides Igon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute of the match, Justino Lesardo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciro Txanton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arturo Baldovino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Txanton was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Arturo Baldovino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arturo Baldovino really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Marcelo Moise kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Constantino Santxol took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 99th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciro Txanton. MERLINFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
