Sonny Safer was a little too slow when Clodoveo Cordaryal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 3-0. Wasabi FC's Sonny Safer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gareth Wilson in the 18th minute of play. Sonny Safer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabricio Luar was the one to do the kick off. Sonny Safer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Wasabi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Luar came free, but Sonny Safer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Bazán's Fabricio Luar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sonny Safer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Wasabi FC's Javier Salvatore got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sonny Safer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Berdoi in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Gareth Wilson made a precise shot to the right of Sonny Safer. Wasabi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0.
