Dobromil Kohl hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Kock got free with Ahmet Bülent Özgur in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute of the match IL Nuovo Canchicot got a corner. Coghlan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lynge Ammentorp ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 14th minute, Oliverio Ron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Servicial took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Cordeal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Bülent Özgur made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Oliverio Ron sent off a good shot on target. Lynge Ammentorp made a great header on IL Nuovo Canchicot's corner, it was just that Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur managed to reach the ball for a save. Oliverio Ron's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ahmet Bülent Özgur firmly grabbed it by the left post. 28 minutes in the game, Albert Kock fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ahmet Bülent Özgur having to interfere. Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Coghlan FC from getting a goal against them. Hong Jian Jun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Servicial having to make a save. Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Coghlan FC from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Oliverio Ron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Bülent Özgur. Coghlan FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliverio Ron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Albert Kock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lynge Ammentorp lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of IL Nuovo Canchicot:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Coghlan FC:s goal. Ivan Ourente placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Justin was the one to do the kick off. Ahmet Bülent Özgur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimir Lenin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Hong Jian Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Servicial saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. IL Nuovo Canchicot's Dobromil Kohl got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Justin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lucas Servicial tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Benjamin Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute of the match IL Nuovo Canchicot got a corner. Coghlan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Higinio Monico ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vladimir Lenin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ahmet Bülent Özgur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84thth minute of the game Benjamin Cordeal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IL Nuovo Canchicot's Lucas Servicial was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamin Cordeal scored 1-4 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Servicial, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dante Heli hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Coghlan FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Coghlan FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
