Orlando Ondino came out of the goal and Waldemar Hatman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waldemar Hatman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th match minute, Chira AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Ganix to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Hatman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Orlando Ondino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chira AFC booed when Genoa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Tanio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 minutes, Iker Frans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chira AFC and the Genoa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Chira AFC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Iker Frans hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Chira AFC's goalkeeper Albano Esiquio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jawad Ashkanani. In the 22nd match minute, Genoa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Tanio to maneuver through the defense. Jawad Ashkanani who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Albano Esiquio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Omar Christobal struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Albano Esiquio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Genoa FC. Candido Gustau's late challenge caught a Chira AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Gustau helped the player get up and apologised. Candido Gustau hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Waldemar Hatman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Ondino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Chira AFC booed when Genoa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Tanio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Ondino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Hatman, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Albano Esiquio came out of the goal and Leopoldo Paskal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Eulalio Tanio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. Eulalio Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Rolando Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Jawad Ashkanani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chira AFC's Albano Esiquio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Albano Esiquio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jawad Ashkanani in the 51st minute of play. After 56 minutes of play, Chira AFC's Waldemar Hatman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Ondino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Genoa FC's Orlando Ondino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Genoa FC from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Chira AFC's Rolando Montrel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Orlando Ondino. Orlando Ondino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Waldemar Hatman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Orlando Ondino made a huge save. Albano Esiquio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jawad Ashkanani, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leopoldo Paskal during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes Genoa FC got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Paskal. After a defensive mix-up in Genoa FC's zone, Roberto Fresco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When Waldemar Hatman came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Chira AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Hatman couldn't finish the play. Roberto Fresco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 87th minute. Chira AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Albano Esiquio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Christobal in the 90th minute of the match. Waldemar Hatman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Orlando Ondino made a huge save.
