Apolo Chan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregorio Raebert went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in El Tumor del Gato II's zone, Celestino Velasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Chan came out of the goal and Celestino Velasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Quintun in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Elizardo saved Laureles Argentinos from getting behind. Apolo Chan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureles Argentinos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Evelio Quintun scored to the left of an out of position Evaristo Elizardo, making the score, 1-3. Santos Bartuelo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apolo Chan having to make a save. 45 minutes into the game, Generoso Fe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laureles Argentinos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Tumor del Gato II the free kick. A collision led to Laureles Argentinos getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Generoso Fe hit a great ball. The El Tumor del Gato II players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Laureles Argentinos were winning 1-4.

Laureles Argentinos's Evaristo Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Quintun in the 51st minute of play. Celestino Velasco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 52nd playminute. In the 55th minute, Santos Bartuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Gregorio Raebert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Apolo Chan. The goal made the score 1-7. In the 71st minute, Laureles Argentinos's Santos Bartuelo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. El Tumor del Gato II's Apolo Chan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save El Tumor del Gato II from getting a goal against them. Santos Bartuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Chan having to interfere.
