Evaristo Txema started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Sauce FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Bruno Figueroa hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Herminio Egun rounded Metegol's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. When %teams%'s Herminio Egun was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 3-0 just inside the left pole, 19 minutes into the game. Niceto Peru was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. When Froilan Igon came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Sauce FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Froilan Igon couldn't finish the play. Herminio Egun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Sauce FC's Artemio Kepa got a free kick in the 30th minute. Herminio Egun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niceto Peru came out and tried to block the shot, but Herminio Egun slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Egun in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niceto Peru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artemio Kepa struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Niceto Peru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sauce FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 56thth minute of the game Herminio Egun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metegol's Niceto Peru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herminio Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Peru having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Egun in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Peru saved Metegol from getting behind. Niceto Peru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Egun's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Egun in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Peru saved Metegol from getting behind. Herminio Egun hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Niceto Peru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Egun in the 84th minute of play. Sauce FC's Ovidio Calixto got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute Herminio Egun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Peru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Peru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Egun in the 90th minute of the match. Niceto Peru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Egun's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Egun in the 93rd minute of play forced Metegol's goalkeeper Niceto Peru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niceto Peru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Egun in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Sauce FC were the better team. Sauce FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
