The supporters of Horquilla AFC booed when Tala AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Paublo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 minutes, Narciso Fix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Horquilla AFC and the Tala AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Narciso Fix kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Saverio Chap's late challenge caught a Horquilla AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Chap helped the player get up and apologised. Saverio Chap kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Blas Senen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Frances, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Daniel Juvenal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tala AFC's Jonathan Sauveur. Jonathan Sauveur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelino Frances in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Senen saved Horquilla AFC from getting behind. Daniel Juvenal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jonathan Sauveur made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Angelino Frances had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blas Senen. Horquilla AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelino Frances was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jonathan Sauveur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Juvenal in the 39th minute of play. When Cristobal Raymundo came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Horquilla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Raymundo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Tala AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Camilo Arnalt hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Juvenal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Tala AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Juvenal came free, but Jonathan Sauveur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 83rd minute, but Blas Senen got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Horquilla AFC hanging dry this time. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Fix in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Sauveur saved Tala AFC from getting behind. If Fausto Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Tala AFC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Horquilla AFC side.
