After some careless play in the San Vicente Fútbol Club defense, Borja Iglesias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Che. The San Vicente Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Che should have stopped the shot. Denis Che made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borja Iglesias in the 33rd minute of play. The throw-in from Mariano Louis in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chesterfield's Serafin Olayo. Borja Iglesias struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Denis Che didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chesterfield. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Trnka in the 39th minute of play forced San Vicente Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Denis Che to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Che took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borja Iglesias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Petr Trnka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chesterfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Petr Trnka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Che breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 俞军景 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Oroitz in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cosme Chale made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Cosme Chale reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denis Che. The goal made the score 0-3. The supporters of San Vicente Fútbol Club booed when Chesterfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petr Trnka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petr Trnka scored 0-4 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Che, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Edgardo Abdallah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Che. San Vicente Fútbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Abdallah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Petr Trnka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Che having to interfere. When the match was over Chesterfield could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Vicente Fútbol Club throughout the match.
