Elias Tono made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jacinto Inautzi sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, PAPURRESCOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deukalion Mehalitsenos came free, but Atilano Feliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Deukalion Mehalitsenos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atilano Feliz was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 24th minute Gabriel Gaizko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Inautzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Elias Tono made a huge save. The PAPURRESCOS FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Larrechea AFC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Jerrald to make the kick off. Jacinto Inautzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Elias Tono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Larrechea AFC's Atilano Feliz threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcus Palm, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Gaizko in the 56th minute of play forced Larrechea AFC's goalkeeper Elias Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Bidun's late challenge caught a Larrechea AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Bidun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, PAPURRESCOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Bidun to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Larrechea AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
