The PAPURRESCOS FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when PAPURRESCOS FC's Jorge Jerrald looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st match minute, progreso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno da Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Jorge Jerrald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rdth minute of the game Jacinto Inautzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but progreso's András Murai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes in the game, Bruno Marques fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Atilano Feliz having to interfere. After 26 played minutes progreso got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Savier. In the 28thth minute of the game Bruno Marques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PAPURRESCOS FC's Atilano Feliz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. András Murai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Inautzi in the 32nd minute of the match. Bruno Marques's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Atilano Feliz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. András Murai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Jerrald's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. András Murai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Jerrald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Jacinto Inautzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. András Murai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Jerrald was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, PAPURRESCOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Sugar to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the match, PAPURRESCOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno da Costa came free, but Atilano Feliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, progreso's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Inautzi came free, but András Murai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Feliz having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Jacinto Inautzi made a precise shot to the right of András Murai. progreso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. András Murai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Jerrald in the 72nd minute of play. Jacinto Inautzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PAPURRESCOS FC made a substitution. Omar Bidun replaced Gabriel Gaizko. PAPURRESCOS FC's Jorge Jerrald was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 85th minute Bruno Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Feliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Jacinto Inautzi could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which András Murai however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Marques in the 88th minute of play forced PAPURRESCOS FC's goalkeeper Atilano Feliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PAPURRESCOS FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
