Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Cieneguita's Cristian Ur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eustaquio Casado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Ur in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Casado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cieneguita's Saverio Gonchan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Asier in the 30th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Cristian Ur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eustaquio Casado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eustaquio Casado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Manex's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Motor Alma y Sangre's Eustaquio Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Ur in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Cieneguita getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Rene Erruki hit a great ball. After the first half Cieneguita were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
