In the 40th minute, Hernan Iban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Fabian Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Iban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hector Beturian was the one to do the kick off. Fabian Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Iban in the 51st minute of play. Fabian Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Iban in the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Lugano Stones's Fabian Furtado got control of the ball when Hernan Iban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabian Furtado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 79 minutes into the match, Lugano Stones's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Iban came free, but Fabian Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Mar del Tuyu F.C's Hernan Iban nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Furtado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Hernan Ibans short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Fabian Furtado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fabian Furtado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernan Iban's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Hernan Iban put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Furtado. When the match was over Mar del Tuyu F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lugano Stones throughout the match.
