Ranchillos's Gregorio Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muhittin Pamiroğlu in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Romeo Chepe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anier Sanduru was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ranchillos's goalkeeper Gregorio Lehior, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gregorio Lehior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Papo in the 52nd minute of play. LEON FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ranchillos the free kick. Muhittin Pamiroğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Chepe in the 82nd minute of play forced LEON FC's goalkeeper Anier Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Muhittin Pamiroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Lehior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LEON FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
