Francisco Papo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Casimiro Vachon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Lluciano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 7 minutes into the match. A collision led to Corsarios del Sur getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Marco Lluciano hit a great ball. With a little luck, Corsarios del Sur's Casimiro Vachon got control of the ball when Francisco Papo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Urban Tunberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anier Sanduru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urban Tunberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Casimiro Vachon made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Adan Panfilo sent off a good shot on target. Anier Sanduru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Tunberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Casimiro Vachon came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by LEON FC's Kazimierz Piekarczyk. But to his dismay, Kazimierz Piekarczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Tunberg in the 22nd minute of play forced LEON FC's goalkeeper Anier Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casimiro Vachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Piekarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Kazimierz Piekarczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corsarios del Sur's Casimiro Vachon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corsarios del Sur's Urban Tunberg got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anier Sanduru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Tunberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Silvio Musko hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Santos Sergi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anier Sanduru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Piekarczyk lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Casimiro Vachon.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Urban Tunberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kazimierz Piekarczyk struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Casimiro Vachon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LEON FC. 62 minutes into the game, Vasile Godeanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corsarios del Sur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LEON FC the free kick. After 62 played minutes Corsarios del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Godeanu. In the 64th minute of the match, Urban Tunberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anier Sanduru was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gunner Lewerckhusen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Anier Sanduru made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Gunner Lewerckhusen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corsarios del Sur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Leonardo Gentza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Anier Sanduru made a huge save. The supporters of Corsarios del Sur booed when LEON FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazım Kutbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anier Sanduru was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Gunner Lewerckhusen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gunner Lewerckhusen really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Corsarios del Sur's Gunner Lewerckhusen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anier Sanduru. That made the score 3-3 after 88 minutes of play. Urban Tunberg struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Anier Sanduru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corsarios del Sur. After a rather tough play, LEON FC's Adan Panfilo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Anier Sanduru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunner Lewerckhusen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gunner Lewerckhusen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Sanduru having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
