The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paolo Argoitz was the one to do the kick off. If Giannis Seftalias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Victor Guillen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 93 minutes, Victor Guillen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moldes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Guillen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Beaumont FC's Teodoro Mero in the 95th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Iker Frances was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Moldes through an amazing save. Atilano Onofre hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
