Gaudencio Bermudez hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Esteban Lano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Atalanta B. Calcio's Justino Orlandus. Justino Orlandus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the match, Atalanta B. After a rather tough play, Atalanta B. Calcio's Leonardo Oidor got a free kick in the 18th minute. Atalanta B. Calcio's Justino Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Benet in the 28th minute of play. Fausto Rolado hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Facundo Mura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justino Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 41 played minutes Atalanta B. Calcio got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Mura. Gaudencio Bermudez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Justino Orlandus having to make a save. Atalanta B. Calcio's Justino Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Pelayo in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melchor Pelayo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Herminio Abeijon charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herminio Abeijon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mauricio FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Herminio Abeijon hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Atalanta B. Calcio's goalkeeper Justino Orlandus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Pelayo. Facundo Mura's late challenge caught a Mauricio FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Facundo Mura helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mauricio FC booed when Atalanta B. Calcio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Mura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Justino Orlandus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mauricio FC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Atalanta B. Calcio's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaudencio Bermudez took the corner. 64 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Mendiko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atalanta B. Calcio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mauricio FC the free kick. In the 64th minute, Vladimiro Mendiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Atalanta B. Calcio's Leonardo Oidor got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 72nd match minute, Atalanta B. Calcio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Rolado to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Erling Braut Haaland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Isaac Nastasio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Mauricio FC's Esteban Lano got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Atalanta B. Calcio's Justino Orlandus got control of the ball when Esteban Lano tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Mauricio FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atalanta B. Calcio.
