Cirilo Deunoro came out of the goal and Luisito Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Mendebal charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geronimo Mendebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, one of Babilonia FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Babilonia FC. Adolfo Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Turi in the 13th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Bass Dost managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Babilonia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bass Dost was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Babilonia FC's Angelo Lugo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adolfo Dantel. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. With 20 minutes on the clock, Danilo Evangelista commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Minuto 93 SR fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! Adolfo Dantel made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Bass Dost sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Serafin Eneto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Adolfo Dantel, passed just outside the right post. Babilonia FC's Bass Dost got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Babilonia FC's Bass Dost slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adolfo Dantel. That made the score 4-0 after 36 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Bass Dost's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Dantel was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bass Dost stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Eugenio Steven was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minuto 93 SR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Babilonia FC the free kick. Bass Dost's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Dantel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Minuto 93 SR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Geronimo Mendebal was slow to take the kick. During this time Babilonia FC's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Andres Haritz at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Minuto 93 SR. 5-0. Gregorio Liberto hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Gregorio Liberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Cirilo Deunoro made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Minuto 93 SR's zone, Bass Dost stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Dantel came out of the goal and Bass Dost tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bass Dost recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Haritz in the 76th minute of play forced Minuto 93 SR's goalkeeper Adolfo Dantel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Minuto 93 SR got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Steven. After a rather tough play, Babilonia FC's Martin Cisco got a free kick in the 97th minute. Babilonia FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
