In the 8th minute, Lucero Agnese left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obera City Thunder fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some careless play in the Iowa FC defense, Florentino Bastia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorio Gaitan. The Iowa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorio Gaitan should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmelo Admon during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carmelo Admon kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Victorio Gaitan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Loramendi in the 18th minute. Victorio Gaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Loramendi in the 19th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Obera City Thunder's Lucero Agnese slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorio Gaitan. That made the score 3-0 after 22 minutes of play. Hector Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Obera City Thunder's Lucero Agnese nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorio Gaitan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Victorio Gaitan was a little too slow when Lucero Agnese got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 5-0. 42 minutes into the match, Lucero Agnese had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Gaitan. Iowa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucero Agnese was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Hector Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dante Loramendi to make the kick off. Hector Gartxot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Admon in the 51st minute. Victorio Gaitan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucero Agnese went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Florentino Bastia took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Gaitan. Victorio Gaitan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 60th match minute, Iowa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Quintun to maneuver through the defense. Hector Gartxot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Admon in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Obera City Thunder's Dante Loramendi got a free kick in the 64th minute. With an all-out effort, Iowa FC's Hector Gartxot threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eusebio Gorri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Bastia in the 75th minute of play forced Iowa FC's goalkeeper Victorio Gaitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Lopez hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. A collision led to Iowa FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Filiberto Celio hit a great ball. In the 80th minute Dante Loramendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Gaitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Rito got free with Hector Gartxot in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th match minute, Obera City Thunder was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Loramendi to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Obera City Thunder's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Gorri came free, but Hector Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Lucero Agnese ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorio Gaitan was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 93 minutes into the match, Dante Loramendi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Gaitan. Iowa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Loramendi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0.
