Hector Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Garci in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Buzarda FC booed when Obera City Thunder was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Kihlman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Hector Gartxot made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Saturnino Garci sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute Dante Loramendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Kihlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Buzarda FC's Leonardo Kihlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Santos in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Obera City Thunder getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gustavo Ponciano hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Obera City Thunder's Dante Loramendi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Kihlman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Buzarda FC's Leonardo Kihlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Santos in the 24th minute of play. Leonardo Kihlman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Loramendi in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Buzarda FC's Jeremias Lucado seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jeremias Lucado the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Buzarda FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jeremias Lucado had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Buzarda FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Obera City Thunder:s goal. The referee gave Obera City Thunder a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gustavo Ponciano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Buzarda FC's Leonardo Kihlman. 1-2. Jim Stayton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 minutes, Manuel Cordarell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buzarda FC and the Obera City Thunder players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Buzarda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Cordarell to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Buzarda FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Tebaldo. Leonardo Kihlman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Loramendi in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Gustavo Ponciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gustavo Ponciano was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. The long shot by Clemente Astudillo in the 44th minute really tested Hector Gartxot's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jim Stayton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Hector Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Santos's late challenge caught a Buzarda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquin Santos helped the player get up and apologised. Joaquin Santos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Obera City Thunder's Hector Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Stayton in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Buzarda FC's zone, Dante Loramendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Kihlman came out of the goal and Dante Loramendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Buzarda FC made a substitution. Villu Üleoja replaced Jim Stayton. Gonzalo Osorio kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Clemente Astudillo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hector Gartxot skillfully saved the ball. Arturo Tebaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hector Gartxot having to make a save. In the 67thth minute of the game Dante Loramendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buzarda FC's Leonardo Kihlman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Santos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leonardo Kihlman firmly grabbed it by the left post. Leonardo Kihlman made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Dante Loramendi sent off a good shot on target. Isaias Beltxe hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. A collision led to Obera City Thunder getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Isaias Beltxe hit a great ball. Arturo Tebaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Gartxot having to interfere. The Buzarda FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Obera City Thunder's performance. The match ended with a win for Obera City Thunder.
