Justo Stephen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Justo Stephen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicodim Colceriu went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Guaymallén FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Mario Umbruso scored to the left of an out of position Justo Stephen, making the score, 5-0. Justo Stephen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Umbruso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 23 minute of play. Guaymallén FC's Justo Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jāzeps Sarzāns in the 29th minute of play. Elvio Silvanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Stephen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Umbruso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 8-0 in the 43 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 9-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Umbruso to make the kick off.
