Doppa Fc's Angelo Neron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Kósa in the 29th minute of play. With a little luck, LegionArgentina's Remigio Cisco got control of the ball when Rodrigo Palacio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Froilan Arnas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Neron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 41st minute, Marcos Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Cisco made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Fabian Londoño sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

54 minutes into the game, LegionArgentina's Arnaldo Gabino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Neron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Fabian Londoño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigio Cisco was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Gabino got free with Angelo Neron in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Londoño in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remigio Cisco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Neron having to interfere. Fabian Londoño kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of LegionArgentina booed when Doppa Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobiasz Kinic didn't get a good kick on the ball.
