Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Honorato Ramirez started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Vladimiro Hug left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 8 minutes, German Salamon made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Daiva's Isaac Asur tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute Honorato Ramirez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Chaime saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Racing Club's Vinicio Chaime played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Marquez in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Nicanor Ubelteso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Isaac Asur. The goal made the score 3-0. Vinicio Chaime took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaac Asur came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's German Salamon. But to his dismay, German Salamon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 28th match minute, Daiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Marquez to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Isaac Asur managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Racing Club's German Salamon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Isaac Asur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Ubelteso in the 31st minute of play. After 32 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Fagildo. 36 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Ramirez came free, but Vinicio Chaime reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Hug recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isaac Asur. Vladimiro Hug showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Freddy Herrera hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Nicanor Ubelteso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isaac Asur, 6-0. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Leon Egun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinicio Chaime. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinicio Chaime should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

Vinicio Chaime showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Geofredo in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Vinicio Chaime had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alonzo Marquez. Leon Egun succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 6-2 in the 58th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Salamon in the 62nd minute of play forced Daiva's goalkeeper Isaac Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Eskuin got free with Vinicio Chaime in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute German Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinicio Chaime made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Honorato Ramirez sent off a good shot on target. Racing Club's Vinicio Chaime proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Honorato Ramirez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vinicio Chaime, 6-3. Honorato Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute German Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Ramirez's late challenge caught a Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Ramirez helped the player get up and apologised. 95 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Hug had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac Asur. Daiva's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Hug was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Daiva had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
